Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Kim spent 15 years in the accounting industry, the final seven years as a Financial Controller and consultant for multi-million-dollar companies.

Most recently, Kim was the Construction Administrator for Re/Max Haven. As the head of the construction division, she specialized in property rehabs for both rent-ready turnovers and retail sales projects.

Kim is also actively working to become licensed and plans to be this year.
